I work with companies to train and coach key managers with responsibilities in China and ASEAN markets. I also run an intense, fast-paced EMBA program on international negotiation. Whether teaching or training, I am using more video, distance learning, and interactive simulation. Participants in my programs learn by performing the skills first, and talking about it afterwards.
